Dear OU BSU Alumni,

We are addressing you in this "mass mode" despite your proximity to Norman to share with you an opportunity for either involvement/enlistment/prayer or all three.

Many of you had, in your OU experience, opportunity to get encouragement in your own walk with God. Since 2000, we have felt led to offer a bit of this experience, in a 4-day conference called Life Impact to high school senior and collegians across the nation. The focus is on prayer, evangelism, disciplemaking, and missions and consists of main speakers, worship, and multiple workshops.

As most of you have left Norman and become involved in local churches where you live, some have seen the need for the youth and collegians involved in your church to be exposed and challenged in their own lives. Most likely, many will miss this opportunity. Yet, God has placed you in a strategic place with contacts with your pastor, youth director and/or college minister.

We are asking that you would help us in making the opportunity known to those in leadership in your church. Your encouragement and endorsement for what we do with this might make the real difference in the lives and future of those where you live. Perhaps you could even offer something in the way of a scholarship to help those students willing to come.
